Terms of Use
The Register. The public Register reflects each practitioner’s standing at the time of viewing. The Council takes care to keep it accurate but does not warrant that any record is free from error; the verification record is the authoritative source.
Accreditation. Admission to the Register attests that a practitioner has met the Council’s standards and agreed to its Code of Ethics. It is not a guarantee of any particular outcome of coaching, nor a clinical or medical qualification.
Use of the marks.The Council’s seal, crest and name may be used only by practitioners in good standing, in accordance with the Brand & Marks guidance. Misuse, including by individuals not on the Register, may result in legal action.
Standing. The Council may review, suspend or revoke a practitioner’s standing in accordance with the Code of Ethics. The Register is updated to reflect such decisions.
