Privacy Notice
The Spectrum Council maintains a public Register of accredited practitioners. By their admission, practitioners consent to the publication of their name, credential, specialisms, city, standing and registration number, so that the public can verify them.
We do not run advertising or behavioural analytics. The Council does not use tracking pixels or third-party analytics. When a verification record is viewed, we record only that a verification occurred, with the time, a hashed (non-reversible) form of the requester’s IP address, the browser user-agent and referrer — for the integrity of the Register, never to identify individuals.
We do not sell personal data. Practitioners may request correction of their record, or removal following the lapse of their credential, by contacting the Registrar.
This is launch copy; a full notice reviewed against UK GDPR will be published before general availability.
